A little about me

Born in 1963 on the island of Martinique, in the French Caribbean.  Moved to Pennsylvania in 1979, then to Arizona in 1983 to go to ASU in order to study languages, chemistry, business/marketing and photography.  After graduating in 88, I disliked working as a chemist for a few years, but loved my next executive position in an international construction company in Phoenix and in France when I learnt about the construction process.  Obtained my real estate license in 95, did very well.  At end of 96, founded a hip boutique in Scottsdale AZ called Liquid Clothing.  Sold it in 03.  Went into online sales & marketing of high-end automobiles using an innovative and unique system designed by yours truly.  Sold many high-end autos online priced up to $150,000.  End of 2005, designed new concept for marketing real estate online.  Early 2006 sold the first houses in record time with online ads.  End of 2006 Foreclosures/Bank Owned/REO was created.  Now, I love to market homes for sale or hunt for foreclosures to get them at the best price.  I love to make my clients happy.
